It is easy to shop at Pacific Edge! You can place an order on-line, by mail, fax, phone or at our Huntington Beach store.

To order by mail, print and fill out the Order Form. Payment for orders placed by mail can be made with a check, money order, or a valid credit card. On the average, mail orders will take approximately 3 weeks from the time the order is mailed to Pacific Edge.

To order by FAX, print and fill out the Order Form and fax to: 714 846-1592.

Pricing & Specification: Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If you have a pending order and there is a price increase you will be contacted and permitted to cancel the order
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction

Method of payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Check, Money Order or wire transfer. All merchandise needs to be paid in full prior to shipping. Sorry, we do not offer C.O.D's.

Return Policy:
We offer a hassle free return policy. There are, however, a few guidelines that need to be followed to insure speedy and accurate processing.
The Return Department must be notified within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization Number e-mail : returns@pacificedgetackle.com . All returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

All goods being sent for return must be received by Pacific Edge within 30 days of original receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee for non-defective items returned within 30 days in unused re-sealable condition, in their original packaging. You will be refunded or credited the entire amount less shipping charges and the restocking charge. Undamaged, non defective items returned outside their original, sealed packaging will not be accepted for return. We offer a 30 day exchange for defective merchandise. After 30 days, merchandise covered by manufacture's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All sales final for: Special or custom orders, bait tanks, books, videos, electrical items, safety item, used equipment and closeout merchandise.

Damages: All merchandise is insured during transit. If damage does occur during shipping retain all packaging materials so a claim can be filed. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Please allow at least three weeks from the time you ship a return package for reordered merchandise to reach you.

Liability: Not having control over the use of the products, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use Pacific Edge products or other manufacturer products that we sell.

Lead Warning: Some products contain LEAD, a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects and other reproductive harm.
