The mounting plate measures 4 3/4 x 8 1/2  , The mounting holes are 3/16 diameter.

The rod tubes are 9 inches long x 2 inch diameter , and have a removable stainless bolts for longer rod butts.

The Stainless is marine grade.

Special Note:The spacing between all of the rod holder tubes is 5 inches , center to center.
