Offshore Trolling Application — Deploy the Chain Reaction in a standard offshore trolling spread at 5–8 knots; most effective when positioned in the prop wash or on the short rigger where the lures are visible to fish tracking the boat’s wake; the daisy chain can also be used as a teaser without a hook to raise fish to the surface before switching to a rigged bait or single lure.
Bluefin & Yellowfin Tuna — Daisy chains are one of the most proven tuna trolling presentations; the bait school illusion triggers aggressive strikes from Tuna that are conditioned to attack concentrated bait schools; Blue Silver and Yellow Blue are the most effective colors for Tuna in blue water; troll at 5–8 knots in a standard spread with the Chain Reaction on the short corner or in the prop wash.
